You invite people to a nice, free dinner workshop where they learn how money works. We sell zero products at the event. We cover the cost of the dinner. After the workshop, families who want help request a meeting. You meet with them one-on-one and help them build a basic financial plan through living-benefit life insurance and tax-advantaged retirement strategies. You handle the safe-money portion of their portfolio (no risk/securities).

Here's how the math works.
For every 10 people you invite to dinner, on average 4 become clients. After training, average commission per household for an independent agent is $1,200. One dinner a month is part-time; two or more is full-time. This is a 1099, commission-based role — your income is directly tied to your results.
