A NEW LIFE COMPANY

New Life Company · Recruiting

A moral opportunity to lead.

When you become a good producer, something shifts. You stop leading clients into products. You start leading men and women into a way of life — so they can be set up in their own businesses and live into their own good dreams.

That is the leadership stage. And if you're here, you may be standing in it.

Torah economics

The Old Testament and the Torah speak of this place. People would come and apprentice under a master for seven years. They'd be let go from that apprenticeship and given abundant resources to start their own business.

This is called Torah economics. And it is exactly what NLCO Finance runs on.

You change a life and you make money — in exactly that order. Everyone in this business knows someone who wants to do both at once. The question is whether you will stand up and invite them in.

Those who love will give, lead, and live for one another.

This is the philosophy. It is not industry-specific — the man who builds and sells tires will one day have a moral opportunity to help other business owners figure out how to do the same thing and extend the distribution of goods into the world. These principles are universal.

What's going to happen? They're going to love people — so they give. They love people — so they lead. This is generational geometric multiplication. You invite someone into a life that doesn't end with themselves but extends through them out to everyone they touch and see.

Who we are looking for

Career changers. Military veterans. Teachers, nurses, hospitality professionals — people whose whole formation has been about serving others. The ideal recruit already has a philosophy; they've just been looking for a business that honors it.

The model is field training, joint work, and weekly live group sessions. What we offer is not a job posting. It is a life of impact — and then a life of earning — and then, when you are ready, a life of genuine leadership for others.

“Invite people into a life of loving, and giving, and leading, and living for the other.”
