The work
Aaron Wright is the founder of New Life Company Ventures (NLCO), where he integrates Christian theology with practical business applications across sales, financial services, and technology. He holds a B.A. in Exegetical Studies (MidAmerica Nazarene University), an M.A.T.S. in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Greek and Hebrew (Nazarene Theological Seminary), and an M.Div. (Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary).
Aaron spent years as a youth pastor before transitioning to sales and business leadership. He now runs a financial services organization, provides professional consulting services to sales teams and small businesses, and develops human capital management solutions for individuals and businesses.
Aaron lives in Kansas City with his wife and six children, balancing theological writing with business development and family life.
His writing sits in conscious dialogue with Augustine, Dante, the Philokalia, and the Song of Songs.

- 2018Director of Youth Ministry, Kansa Mission Church (Overland Park, KS) — alongside graduate theological studies.
- 2019Joined SelectQuote Insurance Services. Cross Sales, then Sales Agent, then Assistant Sales Manager. The first translation of pastoral training into the marketplace.
- 2022Faithlife (Bellingham, WA) — Territory Manager for the Western US, then Engagement Specialist. Christian technology + media at scale.
- 2023Founded The Meaning of Worship Ministries Inc. Published Poetics: An Exercise in Theoria.
- 2023Founded A New Life Company Ventures — the multi-vertical enterprise where theology, insurance, networking, and technology meet under one philosophy.
THE FORMATION
The formation
You trained me like a monk in a cell, with only the light of this window, along with the walks and ten thousand different ways. Dreaming, memories, friends, reading. What you wanted to teach me, you taught me — and it was there that I began every enterprise, and there that you and I saw completed the Philokalia, and lived through that embrace. Theoria to divine embrace.
Non-denominational by formation, ecumenically catholic by trajectory. He reads in conscious dialogue with Jordan Peterson, Bishop Robert Barron, Father Josiah Trenham, and Jaroslav Pelikan. He describes himself simply as “His.”
THE PHILOSOPHY
The philosophy — sales as a theology of gift
Sales is a theology of gift. Mutual gift that moves the world higher.
The purpose of any business is to distribute goods into the world so that the world can heal. The purpose of a salesperson is to actually distribute those goods. If you possess goods that can genuinely help someone, you bear a moral opportunity to get them out.
Those who love will give. Those who love will lead. Those who love will live for one another. We sell no one. We compel everyone to the highest possible good — one ordinary act of distribution at a time, until we all, with unveiled faces, see our Master face to face.
