Career conversations
We act as a career resource for the local Church through three channels:
- •NL Career Events — live gatherings where faithful, like-minded employers and job seekers meet in the KC community.
- •The New Life Directory Partnership — a vetted network of faithful businesses and professionals, available to your church for referrals in both directions.
- •Career Transitions — guidance and connection for members navigating a change. Examples include teaching, healthcare, military, hospitality, management, ministry, and stay-at-home parenting — and anyone stepping into entrepreneurship.
We help your members find meaningful work or hire trusted talent — right from the body.
New Life conferences
Our team offers conferences for local churches — a weekend that walks through three movements:
- 1.Learning to see one's life as a story of God's presence, reconnecting with the gospel as the story of God's activity in our lives.
- 2.Taking that story as our calling and responsibility — to share our testimony and become men and women of good news.
- 3.Seeing how this overflows into every aspect of life and business in a way that leads to prosperity, wholeness, and shalom in our city.

Growing people together in the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Everlasting God.
My friends, He has set before us a ready harvest of Souls Saved, Righteousness, and Blessing. A New Life Company's Central Vision is this: to come alongside the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds, and the teachers and partner with their task —
“to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.
Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”
