These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by A New Life Company Ventures LLC("we," "us," or "our"), including the Anna marketing automation platform, our website at anewlifecompany.com, and any related tools or APIs (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe any third-party rights, transmit harmful or deceptive content, or interfere with the operation of the Services or third-party platforms we integrate with, including Meta's platforms.
Meta Platform Data
Certain features of the Services access Meta Platform Data through the Meta Marketing API on your behalf, including ad account data, Facebook Page engagement metrics, and related advertising information. You represent that you have the authority to grant us access to the Meta assets you connect to the Services. We access and use Meta Platform Data solely to provide and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for purposes beyond those disclosed.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@anewlifeco.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, content, and branding, are owned by A New Life Company Ventures LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Ad performance outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including Meta's platform policies, audience behavior, and market conditions. We make no guarantees regarding advertising results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A New Life Company Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data per our Data Deletion Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
